Collation: Parchment. 124. First half of quire signed on versoes as 1-12.
Layout: 1 columns, 35 lines. Bounding lines full-length, those at sides doubled, bounding and writing lines in red ink.
Script: Written in a Spanish rotunda in black ink. 9-line black initials throughout.
Decoration: fol. 1v: full-page illumination in two registers; the Virgin and Child in the upper register, armorial in the lower register; fol. 2: half-page miniature of a man (presumably Philip II) on horseback trampling a fallen soldier underfoot. Both pages with full foliate borders in gold and colors.
Origin: Written in Granada on 2 December 1564 on behalf of the De Moya family.
