Decoration part 1: Alternating red and blue initials with opposing color penwork; titles in red; sentence initials touched with yellow.
Decoration part 2: Notarial sign.
Decoration part 3: Spaces left for initials; sentence initials touched in yellow; 1 red initial long lines ruled in ink.
Layout part 1: 23 or 27 long lines ruled in lead;
Layout part 2: unruled; Added on otherwise blank leaves.
Layout part 3: 28 long lines ruled in ink; Prickings visible in outer margins; title added in later hand.
Dates: 1400-1425 (ff. 1-15v, 17v); 1425-1450 (ff. 16-17r); 1440-1460 (ff. 19r-22v); 1490-1510 (f. 22r).
