Layout: 2 columns, 41 lines; ruled in ink; single bounding lines; pricks visible.
Script: Written in Anglicana script in several hands.
Decoration: 4 large initials in gold on square or jigsawed grounds of white-patterned red and blue with leafy gold extensions; 3-line initials in blue with pen flourishing in margin and leafy infilling in red; alternating red and blue paragraph marks within text.
Binding: Original deerskin over oak boards; remains of 2 clasps.
