Layout: 26 lines per page. No visible ruling. Catchwords at lower left bottom of every folium.
Script: In one hand, with notes in two other hands (cf. fol. 17v, 39v, and 112v).
Binding: Modern binding over pasteboards; cloth on spine, which is deteriorating.
Accompanying material: Two separate pages, written by Ephraim Deinard, describing his discovery of the manuscript in a 10th cent. synagogue in the Crimea in 1876, and the water damage to the manuscript during a storm on the Sea of Azov in Oct, 1876.
