From the library of the abbey of Melk, the manuscript passed first into the collection of Joseph Martini and then into that of James K. Moffitt. Fol. 1r and 20r, circular ownership stamp of the Benedictine abbey of Melk ("Bibliothek des Stiftes Melk"). Fol. ir: "4150" in black ink. Flyleaf: bookplate of James K. Moffitt.

Decoration: 2-line initials in red with flourishes.
