Script: Written in a gothic script by 2 scribes: scribe 1, fol. 1r-40v; scribe 2, fol. 41r-45v; colophon on 45va mentions one Ronaldus, presumably scribe 2.
Decoration: 2 5-line initials decorated with red pen-flourishes; chapters labeled "Boethius" or "Averroes" in red.
Binding: Modern boards covered in paper with faux leather design; contiguous endsheets and pastedowns.
