Below that, another inscription, copied in blue felt pen: "Ex libris Erich Crumbach [or Crumbacher?], 1939" and added beneath in black ink: "Wien-Österreich."

Collation: Paper, fol. iv + 182 + iv; 116 2-812 910 10-1512; some catchwords and signatures.
Layout: Written in up to 32 long lines, ruled in plummet.
Script: Written in a bâtarde script by at least 2 scribes in brown ink.
Decoration: Headings and Latin quotations underlined in bright red, paragraph marks in red, numerous capitals stroked in red, some corrections with a few passages barred in red.
Binding: Modern quarter binding of overturned leather with covers onto which original 17th cent. vellum have been remounted (pasted on), original covers of blind-stamped vellum with central ornamental motif (original flyleaves of original binding are present).
Origin: Script and watermarks suggest this manuscript was copied in northern France in the mid-15th cent.
