Script: Cortesana santada, with display script for chapter titles; several scribes.
Binding: 18th cent. limp vellum, 5 thongs sewn under covers; traces of side fasteners. Title on spine, "Cronica General de España Msta por D[o]n Alonso el Sabio."
Origin: Produced in Spain in the second quarter of the 16th century, prior to the 1541 edition by Florián de Ocampo (Las quatro partes enteras de la Crónica de España que mando componer el Serenissimo rey don Alonso llamado el sabio).
