Layout: Written in long lines of 20; frame-ruled in light red ink.
Script: Written in a hybrida formata in two hands; the first hand shows influence from humanist scripts, the second, later hand is rather clumsy and appears only on inserted leaves in quires 5 and 12.
Decoration: Illuminated initials throughout, many decorated with botanical images; full page illustrations on leaf [2]v and leaf 47r of SS. Peter and Paul; half-page illustration on leaf 24v of the Annunciation.
