Collation: Paper, fol. i + 49 + i; foliated 101-149 in pen in upper right hand corner of folio; 1-410 5 [extent of ms.]; catchword at end of quire, in corner, perpendicular to text.
Layout: 26-33 lines per page; line-ruled in lead.
Script: Hybrida in one hand.
Decoration: 2-line initials, some in red and some with ink flourishes. Line fillers in red or brown ink. Doodles on fol. 44r (tree, cross, hand).
Binding: Paper on pasteboards. Modern printed text glued under binding and partially visible.
Origin: Produced in Tuscany in 1467 by Ser Mariotto, a chaplain, for his own use.
