Layout: 26 and 27 long lines ruled in ink; fol. 93r-100v ruled in ink and dry point.
Script: Fol. 1r-92v written in a single humanistic book script; fol. 93r-100v written in humanistic cursive by a different hand.
Decoration: 8 historiated initials with gold backgrounds and floral marginal extensions; 6- and 3-line painted initials in gold; space reserved for 2- and 4-line initials throughout. Initials in the style of Christoforo Cortese.
Binding: 19th cent. red morocco over pasteboards; round green label on spine reading "186"; gilt decoration on front and back covers imitating design of first historiated initial; marbled endpapers.
