Collation: Parchment, fol. i + 47 + i (modern pagination 1-94); 16 (+2) 2-58 64 (+2).
Layout: 29 long lines; frame-ruled in ink of reddish color.
Script: Written in a round gothic book script by one hand.
Decoration: 4-line initial at opening of text and 2-line initials at chapter openings: purple letter on red, square ground with gold flourishes, outlined in black and gold; rubrics and paragraph marks in red.
Binding: Stamped leather binding over pasteboards, possibly original; 5 raised bands; sewn endbands laced in.
