Collation: Parchment, i + 79 + i (pastedown) ; 1-810 ; catchwords at end of each quire.
Layout: 24 long lines; ruled in ink.
Script: Written in humanistic cursive in one hand.
Decoration: 2 4-line painted initials on square gold grounds; 2-line initials in alternating red and blue with pen flourishing of other color.
Binding: 15th cent. Italian blind-stamped calf; of 8 original bosses (one on each corner of top and bottom covers), 4 remain (on fore-edges); remains of centered head and fore-edge clasps; centered tail clasp intact; evidence of repair.
