Part 2: Imprint from Peligry's description of the only other known copy: Toulouse BM: inc. Lyon 169. Part 1 has inscription on blank preceding f.1: Possessor huius libri est Joh[an]nes Stephanus testantibus Joh[an]ne Carvel et Will[el]mo Vyvyanis. Part 2 has inscriptions on f.1: Non progredi est regredi. Rich'd Collins [?] [and, a later hand] William Mason.
