Begins imperfectly in Chapter 13 with the words "we to our power our Lorde Jesu that we mowe...." and ends imperfectly in Chapter 14 with the words "...that art the virtue of god and the wysdome of the".
Layout: Written in 32-33 long lines, above top line; framed in lead, but unruled.
Script: Gothic cursive (mixed Anglicana and secretary).
Decoration: Large flourished initial in blue and red ink.
Binding: Unbound, boxed.
Accompanying materials: Leaves are laid in a leather folder with loose endpapers; covers are olive roan with gold tooling, bound by W. Pratt for H. Stevens in 1876.
Origin: Written in England in the fifteenth century.
Provenance: H. Stevens (1876). A.D. White (bookplate). And. D. White, London, Nov. 1st 1876 (signature). Donated to the White Library in 1891.
