Marginalia include a few contemporary glosses in red ink and sparse notes in a 16th-century script (some of which are in Italian); there are pointing hands and other crude drawings in the same light brown ink as the late hand. Greek words appear among the annotations, as do certain recurring sigla, such as a small capital H inside a larger capital C.
The outer margins of several folios have been cut away.
The outer margins of fol. 1 have been reinforced with a strip of parchment to counteract severe damage from wormholes.
The flyleaves consist of ruled parchment.
