Foliation supplied by cataloger. Layout: Written in 31-32 long lines. Unruled. Watermarks: A hand/glove with a five-pointed star (only upper half of watermark is extant; unidentified). Script: Written by a single hand in Humanistic cursive. Decoration: Paragraph marks in the same ink with the writing. Binding: Modern. Bound in paste paper in dark blue patterns over paper boards. Two paper labels adhered to spine: a rectangular label on the head and a spiked round label on the tail. Origin: Probably written in Italy in the fifteenth century. Former shelfmark: MS Y134 Shelfmark: Lawrence, University of Kansas, Kenneth Spencer Research Library, MS C70 In good condition except for minor stains and minor damage with some loss of text on the lower corner of the last folio. Early history of the manuscript is unknown. Two paper labels adhered to spine. Possible bookseller annotations in pencil on front pastedown, now erased. Inscribed "142 Guilielmus Durandus" on front pastedown, probably by Jacques Rosenthal who listed this manuscript in his 1928 catalog under number 142.
