Foliated "119" in modern pencil at top right corenr of recto
Inside top corner of leaf damaged with some textual loss and repaired with a piece of vellum pasted to the leaf. Sewing holes in the added vellum indicates that this repair was executed prior to the breaking and dispersal of this manuscript by Ege
