Decoration: 6-line illuminated white vine-stem initial on f. 2r; alternating red and blue 2-line initials
Layout: 24 long lines in ink with vertical boundings in lead; catchwords visible
Poems are in an order different from today's printed text of the Canzoniere; please see Dutschke, p. 151.
It may be that Antonio Loschi is the author of the second of the sonnets.

No. 721 catalogue entry pasted to recto of flyleaf; "Elizabeth Warder- February 1906" on verso of flyleaf; apparently given to her son, Ralph Ellis, who donated it to the library in 1945.
