Written in a clear bold serto hand, 12-15 lines per page; rubricated.
There are colored geometric designs on ff. 111v, 121v, 174r, 175r.
There are marginal notes by later hands, some in Arabic, on ff. 107v, 108r, 110v, 111r, 153v, 154r, etc.
In quires of 8 leaves, signed. Only quires 5-23 and one other pair of leaves are preserved. Leaves are wanting after ff. 130, 137, 234, 236. Ff. 131, 138 are blanks supplied by the binder.
Bound with: Religious stories, [14--?].
The Acts of Thomas is a shorter recension than the texts published by Wright and Bedjan.
Bookplate of former owner J. Rendel Harris with his number (26). Purchased by the Harvard Semitic Museum in 1905 (accession no. 3963).
