Extent: 2 pieces of 1 bifolium : vellum ; each piece 10 x 31 cm.

Note:

Written in a textualis libraria script.
The two pieces of vellum are the head and tail of a single bifolium; some lines in the middle of each leaf are lost.
In a protective case, 38 cm.
Removed from the binding of Peter Lombard, Sententiarum Libri IV (Basel 1487) = Law School Rare Ac P498l 487 H10194, and transferred to Houghton Library, 1992.
