Date from subscriptions on. ff. 105r, 134r. The scribe's name is not recorded.
The ms. had at least 24 quires. The first quire signature to survive is on the last leaf of quire 2, f. 6. The beginning of quire 24 is f. 202. Many leaves are repaired, missing and out of order. (Details are given by Titterton.)
Written in a plain tidy serto hand in one column, 23 lines per page, in black and red.
Bound in half dark green leather and cloth, spine gilt, by a western binder.
Bookplate of former owner J. Rendel Harris with his number (79). Purchased by the Harvard Semitic Museum in 1905 (accession no. 4015).
