- Note:
- Written in a rounded gothic bookhand in brown ink in 6 long lines of text and square notation on a 4-line red stave; headings in red, colored initials in red and blue with penwork flourishes, and capitals stroked in red. Last leaf is a fragment from a larger manuscript.
Written for a Cistercian religious house, probably in the region of Rheinau in the diocese of Constance, ca. 1300.
Bound in contemporary thick wood boards, half covered with parchment; upper and lower bosses, and traces of a clasp on covers.
