Text in Dutch, written in an upright gothic book hand in black ink in one column, rubrics in red. Initial letters are in red and blue with some pen-work decoration. There are 10 historiated initials in colors and gold, 16 illuminated initials, and many foliate borders.
Date from f. 14r.
Bound in 18th-century red morocco with green inlays.
In a tray case, 19 cm.
Unidentified collector ("Bought at Leyden July 16, 1824" - note on front flyleaf) -- Henry Wilder Foote I (ca. 1882) -- Henry Wilder Foote II.
Deposited by Philip Hofer, 1967; bequeathed, 1984.
