Date from colophon, ff. 218v-219r. This also gives the place of writing, the Monastery of the Mother of God and of Mar Zakkai in the blessed mountain of the blessed town WNK.
The text is written in a clear very small serto hand, in black with rubrications, 24 lines per page within a red border. Lections are rubricated in the text and numbered 1-345 in the margin (but there is no index to them).
Formerly owned by J. Rendel Harris with his number (117) written on a flyleaf. Purchased by the Harvard Semitic Museum in 1905 (accession no. 4052).
Deposited by the Harvard Semitic Museum, 1944.
