Decoration: Red section initials; red rubrics; sentence initials filled in with yellow. Binding: Contemporary reversed leather over wooden boards; formerly a chain binding with the iron ring fastened to the front cover still intact; lacks clasps. Origin: Probably written somewhere in the Po River Valley, Italy in the first half of the fifteenth century.
