- Written in a carolingian minuscule hand with some gothic features, in one column in black ink. Rubrics are in red. Each feast begins with a large initial in red with decoration in other colors. Each reading begins with a 2- or more line initial in red.
Bound in 19th-century red morocco, perhaps by Roger de Coverly, gilt.
In a tray case, 33 cm.
The notes on f. 118v relate to the Benedictine Allerheiligenkloster at Oberwesel in the diocese of Trier, but it is not clear if the ms. was written there (see Light).
