- Written in a small cursive minuscule in black ink, with bright red initials.
There are headpieces in black, red, and yellow with interlace or vegetation motifs, and ornaments in the margin in the same style. Some zoomorphic sketches in the margins were added later.
Date in the second quarter of the 15th century from watermark of the paper.
Bound in probably original dark brown leather over thick wooden boards, tooled in blind. There are remnants of a leather tie, and a metal peg on the edge of the front board.
The front pastedown is a leaf of vellum with Greek hymns and musical notation.
