Written by one scribe in a medium-sized calligraphic liturgical minuscule ("hieratic Perlschrift") with slight inclination to the right, typical of mss. of this date.
Date from the beginning date in the Easter tables.
There are 3 full-page miniatures (ff. 8v, 215v, 216v), three headpieces (2 with figural decoration), one anthropomorphic initial letter, and many pen-ornamented initials.
Bound in early 19th-century Russian tan leather.
In a tray case, 27 cm.
Michael Kantakouzenos (ownership inscription dated 1589 on front flyleaf) -- Edward Everett (purchased in Constantinople, 1819).
