- Written in a small cursive antiquior currens script with parted decorative initials, headings and smaller colored initials in red; ruled for 22 lines in the calendar (lacks Jan.-Apr.) and 24 long lines in the text.
Written possibly in Switzerland, based on several red-letter feast days in the calendar, including St. Ulrich, bishop of Augsburg, who was educated at St. Gall (4 July), St. Othmar, abbot of St. Gall (16 Nov.), and St. Conrad, bishop of Constance (26 Nov.); dated 1471 (explicit).
Additional prayers, written in a slightly later hand, at end.
Bound in modern vellum.
In a tray case, 18 cm.
