- Written by one scribe in a small upright archaizing minuscule in dark brown ink with red initial letters. There are some simple red bar ornaments.
The original ms. had 26 quires of mostly 8 leaves. Quires 1-6 are missing. Ff. 117 and 118 have been cut away leaving stubs only.
Date from colophon in the hand of the scribe on f. 144r, which says that in 1264/5 the ms. was given to the monastery of the Holy Virgin of Rapid Succor in the village of Katagr.
Bound in leather over wooden boards, with metal bosses. The front board and part of the spine are missing.
In a tray case, 22 cm.
