- Written in a gothic hand in black ink in two columns, the first letter of each line highlighted in red. At the head of each column is space for an illustration. These spaces are filled with 75 pen and ink drawings as far as f. 22v; the rest are blank.
Bound in late 15th-century calf, tooled with an ornamental roll in blind.
In a tray case, 25 cm.
Written in Germany or Austria. The illustrations are later than the writing, ca. 1400.
Monastery of San Pedro de Roda; bought from Carlos-Tolrá by William Inglis Morse in 1943 and presented by him. - Keyword:
