- Written in gothic script by Fr. Johannes Test "natus de Embrica" (Emmerich) (inscribed, f. 204r), with decorated initials and rubrics.

Bound in old wooden boards and red velvet to which has been affixed an ivory plaque with the standing figures of the Virgin, Jesus and St. John, surrounded by a filigree frame studded with garnets and four intaglios.
In a protective tray case, 24 cm.
Belonged (ca. 1600) to the Bibliotheca Beggardorum of Utrecht; Jean-Guillaume Germain, 385 rue de Tongres (at Maestricht?) in 1820.
