Written in an unidentified hand in Fraktur and German cursive scripts with headings in red; probably written in Bohemia. Bound in original white pigskin over wood boards; later arms (unidentified) added on an inlay of brown calf. In a tray case, 34 cm. Belonged to Franz Joseph Gross in 1765 (signed, f. 1r); and Andreas Adelbert Popp in 1801 (signed, inside front cover). Gift of Lee Max Friedman, 1957.
