Note:

Written in a tall gothic documentary script in long lines. In the center is painted the seal of Sancho IV in colors.
The lead seal 6 cm. in diameter shows the king's portrait on the obverse and arms on the reverse. It is attached by a cord laced through the bottom of the document.
Dated in the second year of Sancho IV.
In a tray case, 35 cm.
