This ms. is a companion to MS Typ 130, made for Louis of Bruges (Lodewijk van Brugge).
There are 1 large and 1 small miniature, many illuminated initials, and over 900 marginal paintings by the Master of the Flemish Boethius (MS Bibliothèque Nationale MS néerl. 1). The foliate border on f. 8v includes the device of Louis of Bruges and arms (drawn in later) of Louis XII of France.

Bound in old red velvet over beveled boards with clasps (now missing).
