Extent: 61 leaves : vellum ; 32 cm.

Note:

The original document (ff. 1-15) is written in a gothic rotunda hand in black ink 1 column, with red rubrics. Subsequent leaves contain entries in other hands, dated variously down to 1790 (f. 46r). 4 paper leaves are tipped in after f. 30.
Pen-work initials and opening foliate border are by Presbyter John of Modena (signed, f. 1r).
Bound in old red velvet, metal bosses and clasps removed.
In a tray case, 34 cm.
Deposited by Philip Hofer, 1967; bequeathed, 1984.
