Inscribed (ca. 1500): "Ex-libris patris mei Michelet"; signed (18th cent.): D'Azincourt; bookplate of the Reverend Walter Sneyd; his sale, London, Sotheby's, 16 Dec. 1903, no. 546, to Maggs; bookplate of Hubert Greville Palmer.
