Title from spine. Written in England in a bastard anglicana script by numerous scribes, with calendar dates and regnal years recorded in the margin. Text begins imperfectly and continues to 1376 in a later hand, ending imperfectly. Blue initials mark divisions of books and chapters. In a 1904 English binding of uncovered wood boards with a calf spine by Douglas Cockerell. Ex libris of Thomas Baker and John Jalkyn(s), 15th cent. Purchased by the Child Memorial Library, 1923.
