Written in hybrida cursiva script in 2 columns of 34 lines by cleric Wilhelmus Dortmund and completed on 28 Apr. 1468 (explicit, f. 165r); decorated initials in blue and red with pen flourishes at chapter headings and smaller colored initials and headings in red. Bound in original Münster-style stamped calf over boards with clasps. In a tray case, 33 cm. Bequest of William K. Richardson, 1951. Belonged to Germanus Langen, late 15th-cent. ("ex testamento domini Germani Langen decani maiore eccle. mönsteriensis"; inscribed on front flyleaf); bequeathed probably to a church in Münster; bought by George Dunn in Apr. 1899; his sale (London, 2 Feb. 1914, II, n. 1069); to Maggs; bought by Richardson.
