The German texts, on the rectos only, are written in black ink, and come from the Psalms. They are accompanied by alphabets and lines of model pen-strokes. Initial lines and letters are variously in red and black with ornate decoration. Attribution to Neudörffer from the spine. Bound in 19th-century half brown morocco and grained cloth, gilt. Deposited by Philip Hofer, 1967; bequeathed, 1984.
