Written on vellum by Vasil, priest for Thoros III, in a bolorgir script in 2 columns; with red headpieces, initials, marginal ornaments and marginal miniatures; dated at Cilicia, city of Sis, church of Saint Karapet, 740 A.E. (1291 A.D.). Manuscript colophons at ff. 3, 264v, and 336-338. Currently lacks binding but was rebound by Kostendin, a cleric, in 1451. In a red cloth folded case. Purchased with Henry L. Pierce Fund, 1899. Belonged to A. M. Luledgian, 3 Nov. 1899.
