Written in black ink in two columns of 20 lines by the scribe Kirakos with red initials; miniatures and marginal and headpiece decoration in red, blue, green, and black by Petros; with binding scrap vellum endsheets. Written in at the church of Saint Theodoros. Colophon at ff. 288-290. Bound in brown leather over boards with blind tooling; rebacked. Deposited by the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions, 1943. Found by W. A. Farnsworth in a private home in Caesarea; given by Farnsworth to the ABCFM, 1888.
