Written in brown ink in a rounded hybrida script in two columns of 33 to 36 lines with rubrics and red paragraph markers, 2- and 3-line red initials with some pen decoration, and majuscules within text are stroked with red. Probably written in western Netherlands of Northern Rhine.

Bound in quarter vellum with paste-paper boards.
Appears to be from the same, larger manuscript as MS Lat 447 and MS Lat 449, Houghton Library, Harvard University.
