Written in two columns of 42-45 lines, in brown ink in a small "pearl script" gothic bookhand measuring 2mm or less in height, with initials and headings in red and blue ink and two floriated, 6- to 7-line initials in gold, red, blue, white, and pink, one with an animal, possibly a gryphon; probably written at Paris.
